What You Need to Know
For online delivery, the package should be opened and inspected immediately, to look for any packaging damages. If the received package contains damages from the transportation or if the product has not yet been delivered, the buyer should contact Dionysus’ Winery on the same day of delivery.
RETURNS
At Dionysus' Wine Coffee, offering high-quality goods and services that enhance the consumers’ experience and expectations is a priority. However, if the consumer is not entirely pleased with the purchased product, a report can be made for a replacement or refund.
1. Replacement of the product will be free of charge, if and only if, the returned package was not caused by the buyer before returning it.
2. There will be a restocking fee under the condition of the damaged product being caused by the buyer but still depends on the damages. Further intentional damages such as misuse, dropping, and alteration will not be covered by the warranty.
3. There will also be a restocking fee under the condition of product cancellation after it has been delivered. It will be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. If there is any dissatisfaction with the wine itself, buyers are advised to at least keep it half full for further inspection.
WARRANTY AT DIONYSUS' WINE COFFEE
Our Policy
Dionysus’ Wine Coffee offer warranty for their customers including online transactions. Warranty will be available within 30 days after its purchase or delivery. The report can be made through a report sheet online or on paper. If the product is defective, Dionysus' Wine Coffee will send out a replacement on the same day of the reported complaint. In terms of the qualified request for a refund, it will be processed within 7 working days. It can be done through the bank account used to make the purchase. In accessing the warranty service of Dionysus’ Wine Coffee, they can be contacted through a phone number, Facebook page, and email address. The buyer would need to show the date of purchase, and proof of purchase
WARRANTY AT DIONYSUS' WINE COFFEE
What Dionysus’ Wine Coffee cover:
• The Dionysus’ Wine Coffee must be in its original packaging and in the condition in which it arrived to avail of the warranty.
• If the delivered product is in a damaged condition, taking a picture of the damaged product is a must, as a means of proof for a replacement or refund.
• Any dissatisfaction with the product can be refunded immediately.
• The warranty covers expiration, quality issues, poor taste, dissatisfaction, and 40% damaged packaging.
What Dionysus’ Wine Coffee does not cover:
• It does not cover damages caused by misuse or abuse, alteration to the product, dropped product, or any other conditions that are beyond the control of Dionysus’ Wine Coffee.
• Unfortunately, the winery can refuse a request for a replacement/refund after 30 days after its purchase.
• The purchased product being almost empty because of consumption is, therefore, not covered by this warranty, which is why buyers are encouraged to keep it at least half full before returning it
